We aim to send out products as quick as possible. Many products are “Made to Order”. These will take a little longer than others. A notification will be sent out as soon as an order has been dispatched. A number of orders will be sent with a tracking code. The courier will attempt to deliver the parcel 3 times. If the courier was unsuccessful due to no contact present at the agreed delivery address, then the item/s will be returned, and the order will be cancelled.
Certain items will require signing for by a member of the agreed delivery address. These items cannot be “Left with a neighbour”. An option of “A special request” will be available to items that can be “Left with a neighbour” or other requests.
Note, once delivered, we cannot be responsible if an item goes missing.
Couriers that are used are, Royal Mail, Hermes, DPD, Parcel Force and TNT. Delivery times vary dependant on the courier and time of the year. E.g., Christmas period.
Please ensure that all details are correct when entering address details. If you would like to change a delivery address, please notify us as soon as possible and we may be able to amend this, unless the item/s have already been dispatched.
All items will be sent to the exact address entered. If this address was entered wrong and the order was delivered, then we cannot be responsible. If the order is returned safely however, we can resend the order to the correct address given, but an extra delivery charge will be made.
